WHEN WRAPPED FOR EITHER DRIES OR NEMPHS THE EFFECT IS UNIQUE , THE QUILLS ARE CUT TO AID IN SHIPPING. YOU RECEIVE ALL OF THE QUILL. YOU CAN TIE FROM 12 - 28 HOOKS
